Team & Board
We're building the first survivor-centered, trauma-informed, and institution-free national platform to log incidents of sexual assault anonymously and securely, to ensure that every survivor of sexual assault is believed, treated fairly, and supported without judgment.
Team
Right now, this is a one-person team with a clear mission and deep commitment.
Rachel Juengel
Founder & Executive Director
Rachel has over twenty years of experience building relationships with external stakeholders, customers, and colleagues, primarily working in the logistics space. For ten years she was in strategic leadership roles. She also volunteered at a local hotline crisis center for eighteen months. She is an LGBTQ+ founder and a survivor of childhood bodily autonomy violations.
She helped a loved one navigate what to do after being sexually assaulted and found that approximately 74% of rapes go unreported. She learned that many survivors of sexual assault don't feel safe reporting and believe their voices go unheard. She founded Log Now Report Later to ensure that every survivor of sexual assault is believed, treated fairly, and supported without judgment.
Board
We are assembling our founding board and filling at least three positions (president, secretary, and treasurer) to submit our 501(c)(3) application.
These founding board members will help establish our governance in the first year, providing guidance, reviewing key documents, participating in quarterly calls, and helping select our permanent board.
We are especially interested in professionals with experience in mental health, law, technology, data security, finance, nonprofit strategy, or a related field.
Survivors have waited long enough for a system that works. WiIl you join our founding board and help bring our mission to life?
