Rachel Juengel 

Founder & Executive Director 

Rachel has over twenty years of experience building relationships with external stakeholders, customers, and colleagues, primarily working in the logistics space. For ten years she was in strategic leadership roles. She also volunteered at a local hotline crisis center for eighteen months. She is an LGBTQ+ founder and a survivor of childhood sexual abuse.

She helped a loved one navigate what to do after being sexually assaulted and found that two-thirds (2/3) of sexual assaults go unreported. She learned that many survivors of sexual assault don't feel safe reporting and believe their voices go unheard. She founded Log Now Report Later to ensure that every survivor of sexual assault is believed, treated fairly, and supported without judgment.
